Overview

Our client, a large London based firm, is offering an experienced HR professional a fantastic opportunity to join their HR team. You will ideally be an existing HR Manager within the professional services sector and possess the following experience: • Confident in assuming complete responsibility for identifying and addressing issues. • Excellent experience and confidence in dealing with ER/grievance issues and comfortable in providing commercial and practical advice. • Strong HR generalist experience in managing end to end cyclical processes; building long term partnering relationships with stakeholders and providing strong guidance to client group • Able to demonstrate professional credibility with senior stakeholders • The successful candidate will be used to working within a fast paced environment where you are able to prioritise your workload and that of your team. • Must have excellent people management experience • Strong team player with a sense of humour • Ideally CIPD qualified
