Overview
We have a unique opportunity for a fluent German speaker to join a multinational company providing tools used in recruitment, HR and professional learning development. The company invests in personal development training for their employees with the real chance of steady career progression . You will be working as part of a small team supporting some of Europe’s leading companies by • Answering queries about the products and advising on tailored products • Providing information about the training on the products • Assisting with the order process by providing support to customers You need: • to be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken • to have office based customer service experience • to have working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook and Windows) is essential. The company is based in North Oxford just off the A40 and A34 and easily commutable from Abingdon, Kidlington, Bicester and Burford and surrounding areas. Ample free parking is provided on site. This role will involve working 37.5 hours per week. The company offers an annual salary of £21,000 and benefits package including 25 days annual holiday, pension, life assurance and free individual private healthcare or dental cover.
