Main Responsibilities: Provide guidance, advice and technical support, ensuring no issues are encountered with the products and applications by end users Build and maintain strong professional relationships and partnerships with clients by having a clear understanding of customer success criteria and the culture within the company Identify and resolve client issues or queries Provide recommendations/feedback on client service improvements and product development Maintain the highest standard of customer service, quality and professionalism with both customers and co-workers Maintain accurate records of all email/telephone correspondence Key Skills & Experience: At least 1-year experience in a similar customer service role Previous experience within a software company (advantageous) Effective communication, organisation and time management skills Fluent in German and English Excellent customer service skills Clear and professional telephone manner Ability to learn and communicate technical information IT skills If you would like to apply for this opportunity, please submit an up-to-date CV including details about your current or most recent salary and your availability / notice period.
