Overview
Our client is an established and reputable company based in Oxford. They work with organisations to help improve teamwork, collaboration, develop inspirational leaders and solve complex people challenges. They are now looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Support Adviser to join their small close-knit team. Main Responsibilities: Be a customer service advocate and deliver a consistently high level of customer service to all internal and external customers Build relationships with customers in order to identify further business opportunities Understand the needs of clients in order to provide a tailored service and product which suits their needs Support the online chat functionality and support customers with queries in a timely and customer focussed manner Provide a proficient and client-focused telephone service to existing, new and potential clients through inbound and outbound activity Check correct client details are held within the database and maintain records Process orders, advising customers on topics of eligibility, stock, pack sizes, relevant alternatives or additions Work closely with the warehouse to support the fulfilment of customer orders Provide support for the handling of returned goods and the raising of credit notes Develop a full appreciation and understanding of the company's full range of client offerings as well as understanding internal processes and responsibilities Key Skills & Experience: Must be fluent in English and German , both written and spoken IT Skills - especially MS Word, Outlook and Windows Customer service experience within a commercial environment and 1-year customer service experience in a telephone-based environment Experience in a B2B sales environment (desirable) Educated to A-level standard or equivalent Client focused, driven and a team player Organisation and problem-solving skills Able to use own initiative and work with integrity
