The organisation currently has a vacancy for an Engagement Manager within the UK to provide project services to one of the organisation’s major media clients, at a client location in London. The key accountabilities for the Engagement Manager are as follows: Assisting customers with using our services throughout projects, helping solve client problems and managing financial aspects of contracts, ensuring contracts are carried out according to agreed terms; Delivery & Program Management (managing media accounts and delivering multiple projects), technology/process management and improvement, stakeholder management, proposals, RFP, revenue & margin planning and identifying/mentoring talent; Work with sales teams to generate new business; Integrated functional strategies, utilising business expertise to reach financial and operational objectives; Research and develop new strategies to achieve company goals and objectives - Deployed resources to reach financial forecast and business objectives; Develop plans for managing/retaining talent inside organization and for improving leadership strength; Work extensively with application development, system testing, production support, business analysts and project managers, managing full life-cycle projects in offshore-onsite model. Working with Product Manager in maintaining the Product Backlog and prioritising User Stories for each sprint; Serve as a mentor to Development teams and Product Managers to ensure product backlog items were planned and aligned with department goals; Architecting and Implementing configurable REST api’s for easy integration with legacy product; Architect and Design new IOT framework to be integrated with legacy product; Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating training on Agile best practices and leading daily stand ups while guiding the team towards process and communication improvements to enhance team velocity and performance; Mandatory Eligibility Criteria: Have comprehensive IT experience within Media and Technology for clients across UK and India (where a global operating and offshore model exist); Have comprehensive experience as a Solution Architect with in-depth knowledge of Java/JEE, Data Analytics and IOT; Have demonstrable experience and expertise in Agile Methodology (Scrum & Kanban frameworks); Extensive experience in Delivery & Program Management (managing Media and Technology accounts and delivering multiple projects), Technology/Process Management and Improvement, Stakeholder Management, Proposals, RFP, Revenue & Margin Planning and Identifying/Mentoring Talent; In-depth Project Management experience mostly in Agile methodology in an onsite - offshore setup, quality, client interaction, tracking & monitoring and managing risk; Significant experience as a Solution Architect with in-depth knowledge of Java/JEE, Analytics and IOT platforms; Good understanding of business needs and requirements. Active participation with Product Management in the preparation of requirement document, product backlog, GAP analysis and Prototype preparation with final sign off; Knowledge of Integrated functional strategies, utilising business expertise to reach financial and operational objectives; Experience of researching and developing new strategies to achieve company goals and objectives - Deployed resources to reach financial forecast and business objectives; Experience of developing plans for managing/retaining talent inside organisation and for improving leadership strength; A person who has worked extensively with application development, system testing, production support, business analysts and project managers, managing full life-cycle projects in offshore-onsite model; Demonstrable experience of having managed a portfolio in access of $ 20mn.
