What you will do The Technical PAVA Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and targeting sales opportunities with existing company businesses, and with external business direct, with the aim of influencing contractors, installed and end users to ensure the businesses Spector Lumenex are specified. Your core focus will be PA/VA (public address and voice alarm). How you will do it You will be a frontline seller focusing on our internal and external commercial customer base, offering technically complex or a breadth of solutions. You will build relationships with customers at management and operations levels to understand needs and offers solution within some ability to adjust pricing and margin, subject to set business parameters. You will also service and support existing customer accounts in assigned geographic area, with a standard sales target or quota.
