Overview
Insurance Broker- Assistant Accountant- £30,000 Your new company This is a growing insurance broker who are part of a wider group. Due to some recent restructuring in the finance team they are now looking to bring in an Assistant Accountant. (AAT or ACCA studier) to take a step up and start assisting with the monthly management accounting. Your new role This role will involve reporting into the senior management accountant and will involve the following: Approving IBA submissions and working alongside this team to assist where needed Monthly bank reconciliations VAT returns Monthly accruals and prepayments balance sheet reconciliations Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes Assisting with year end audit. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be an ACCA or AAT studier and should have relevant finance experience with a least a few of the responsibilities listed above.
