Overview

Are you a HR Advisor with experience in a business going through change and transformation? Liaised with key stakeholders through uncertain times and managed employee queries and expectations? Are you available? And ready to start a FTC asap? Then please read on: Reporting to the Head of HR, you will partner with key parts of the business on various change initiatives whilst also dealing with the broad day to day HR issues. You will offer advice and challenge, facilitation and coaching. You will develop change management strategies and deliver plans which promote leadership excellence; effective communication and stakeholder engagement; organisational and behavioural change. You will support the leaders in the transition to a new effective and efficient 'business as usual'. WE would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following: CIPD qualification (or equivalent) ideally Generalist HR experience working as a business partner / HR Manager / Advisor ideally in an SME environment Experience of supporting and delivering a range of change management solutions, including company wide consulations Experience of working with unions would be beneficial Formal change management training would be an advantage. Experience of providing HR support in the successful implementation of workforce change including, for example: workforce redesign, restructurings, redundancy, outsourcing and TUPE transfers fixed-term contract Does this sound like you?
