Overview

Are you seeking your next sophisticated Assistant position in the investment sector? Would you jump at the chance to work with a globally renowned Investment fund in an incredibly involved Assistant role? This is initially a six month contract with the possibility of extension. Our client is seeking a graduate PA to join one of their divisions. As a Junior assistant you will be supporting a team of 25 bankers of varying levels of seniority, as well as other assistants. You will be part of a close-knit team of assistants supporting various groups within the division and will be provided with full training and ongoing support throughout your time. However it is necessary for you to be a quick learner and a self-starter to meet the demands of this extremely fast-paced role. This is a demanding role which requires extensive support from a highly organised individual. Our client is seeking candidate’s with ideally 1-2 years’ experience within the Investment sector, but someone who can take on the role of a junior assistant. Duties will include but are not limited to: Diary management using Outlook Arranging conference calls Booking international and domestic travel, including organising flights, trains, cars and accommodation Processing expenses using Concur Candidates we've recruited in this firm previously have loved the working style, collegiate atmosphere and the company are all working towards the same goal, and work extremely hard.
