The role of the Executive Search Researcher: The primary role of the Executive Search Researcher consists of the following: Identify, source, interest and qualify potential candidates Provide primary and secondary research into the market, target companies and candidates Capture and maintain accurate market, client and candidate information Assisting Consultants in the development of search strategies for business development activities, proposals and assignments Exceptional candidates will possess most, if not all, of the following: University Degree from a top 10 University - 2:1 or higher Strong communication skills, with an eloquence in the language in spoken or written form A wealth of experience of working in a professional environment Leadership Drive, ambition and want for continued success The Offer - Research Associate This client is looking for the best candidates, so in return, they are willing to offer the most competitive package: £30-£35k basic salary An annual bonus of anything between 10%-90% of your salary A full month’s salary Christmas bonus Company chef comes in weekly Company masseuse comes in monthly Private healthcare and even more This is an excellent opportunity which will not be around for too long.
