Overview
Business Development Manager - Digital Marketing Agency Central Manchester and Remote Working We are looking for an all round new business hunter who can work with autonomy and has experience communicating and with a range of clients to sell Digital Marketing Solutions and build on a strong repeat client base Quite a unique a roleas you will be able to organise and manage yourself and your own work-load on a day to day basis with guidance from the MD and Digital team. The role will be a mix of remote working and desk space situated within a cool and vibrant shared office space close to all transport links in Manchester City Centre. You will need to be confident and comfortable with being managed remotely so we need a real self motivted BDM hungry to get noticed within this small ambitious agency. Day to Day: - Building and developing this marketing solutions busienss into a wider market - Winning new business and forging new relationships - Using a sales mix of new introductions, calls and networking on and offline - Managing some existing accounts and maximising revenue - Updating CRM / administration changes for a range of clients - Bulding a strong pipleline of new prospects Required Skills - Amazing organisational ability and attention to detail - An understanding and solid background in Digital & Marketing - Strong communication skills both in writing and over the phone and face to face and ability to build rapport - A hunter mentality with an inquisitive and consultative sales methodology and approach - Ability to proactively organise own workload and get things done - Excellent digital literacy - All round super levels of self motovation and ability to apply yourself to be successful - Full driving licence as you will be out and about meeting your clients and prospects Why you should be applying for this You will be given the autonomy to manage your own day with support from your own office Straight talking non-corporate business culture Join a small digital marketing business with real ambition Grow your career and sales experience in digital Gain some great training and support in your new position whilst you get up and running This business like to reward success, loyalty and effort Salary is negotiable and will come with strong bonus and OTE opportunity.
