Charity Shop Assistant Manager Service/Location: Aspens - 47 Commercial Rd, Paddock Wood, Kent. TN12 6EN Do you have retail experience and are looking for a new challenge? If yes this could be the rewarding role you seek so read on: Our charity shop Paddock Wood, Tonbridge is raising money for our Autism, Learning Disabilities and Disability Services across Sussex and Kent. We support adults and children in both residential and supported living services along with their families and the wider community. We are looking for an assistant manager who has experience in retail and providing excellent customer service, ideally in the charities sector who can support the manager with the day to day running of the shop, which includes stock control, appraising collectables, cashing up, key holding, opening and closing and much more. Charity Shop Assistant Manager Hours: 9am - 4.30pm - one day a week, mostly Saturdays 7 hours per week contract About Aspens Aspens has over 100 years of experience in helping children, young people and adults with a range of disabilities, those on the autism spectrum, and/or those with complex needs. Through the provision of highly personalised support, we aspire to enable people to learn new skills, live life to the full and contribute to society however possible. Charity Shop Manager Requirements Must have Retail Experience Able to work to KPI/Targets Experience in the Charity Sector an advantage Experience of working with Volunteers an advantage Experience of Gift Aid an advantage Will ideally have a general knowledge of Antiques and Collectables.
