They were also featured in the 2020 'Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work For' and awarded an accreditation for "Exceptional workplace engagement" About the Role: Work with the Recruitment team to help deliver the recruitment process including writing job descriptions, preparing job adverts, phone screening, face to face interviews and selecting candidates. High volume canvassing and lead generation Recruiting across the UK Use LinkedIn, other job sites and social media to source and attract candidates Keep the candidate database up to date. Ensure candidates are contacted on a regular basis. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the hiring managers. Admin duties, such as booking in candidates for interviews, recruitment statistics, reference checks and collecting in new joiner documentation and forms About You: Minimum 2 years’ experience recruiting for sales positions Very target driven Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Widespread campaign experience Strong relationship building skills MS Office and Excel expertise are essential Ability to identify errors quickly High energy, motivation, drive and enthusiasm to deliver excellent results Able to effectively manage workload and work under pressure at all times of high activity Always striving towards meeting recruitment SLA’s Confident, able to work well within a close team environment as well as working independently Comfortable working in a sales environment Benefits: Hiring based commission scheme Vibrant environment (music throughout the office, break out area, pool table, table tennis table) Christmas, summer and end of zone celebrations Smart/Casual dress code Summer and Winter high flyers trips for top performers 20 days holiday Bank Holidays, in addition an extra 3 days off between Xmas and New Year (increases by 1 extra day for each year of service) with option to buy or sell holiday
