Overview
Trainee Financial Adviser-Fraternal Benefit Society-Home Based. Starting Basic Salary: £24,000uncapped earning capacity. (Average £43,000) Company car. Life cover. Pension Scheme. Exciting opportunity for a talented, sales focussed individual, looking to make a career change to become a Trainee Financial Adviser, with a well established Benefit Society. You will be provided with a customer data base and will be providing savings, investment, and protection advice to help families and individuals reach their financial goals, protect their families and improve communities. You will be home based and responsible for managing your daily activities and diary, as well as being part of a successful team of Financial Advisers and you will receive ongoing support, guidance, training and development in processes, systems and products to help you succeed in your role. To be successful in this role you will need to be: A strong relationship builder Have a professional approach Posses the drive and determination to succeed Have strong communication skills Come from a sales background Have some knowledge of Financial Services.(Desirable but not essential) If you have a sales background and would relish the idea of starting a new career within Financial Services, with a company which has been successful in providing advice for over 140 years, then we would like to hear from you.
