At the forefront of engineering quality and service they are relied upon by a prestigious list of engineering manufacturing clients worldwide. The Role of Technical Support Engineer: Based from their world class UK head office, you will operate as 1st line technical support for all customers offering advice and solutions to daily engineering problems. This role gives you the opportunity to work with a diverse range of manufacturing organisations throughout the automotive, general manufacturing and medical/healthcare sectors. The Candidate for the Technical Support Engineer: Having been a time served engineer you will have gained exposure of a variety of machine tool capital equipment. Experience of working in a field service engineering capacity or within an engineering manufacturing workshop you will have exposure of repairing and solving machine tool breakdown issues. This role would suit an experienced engineer who is looking for the next career step. You will be working closely with the dynamic UK field service engineering team supporting their daily operations, offering training and practical engineering knowledge and advice.
