User Expert Designer - Shoreditch, London- Approx 3 month contract - Immediate Start Salary: £44ph The Opportunity Our client, an innovative and global powerhouse, is looking to engage a Front End Developer to work in their London offices with a large international team . Earning up to £44.39 per hour, you'll be building new features for the front end of their platform and working alongside design and product teams to create a fantastic user experience (UI/UX) for public sector customers in local and central governments. You will see this process through from Alpha to Live An inclusive and motivating culture You'll mostly be working Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm but occasionally will be required to work flexibly. Remote working: The client has the capability for remote working and you will be predominately based between the office and home. Travel: This role may include travel to clients and the Washington office from time to time. You can work remotely and flexibly, especially under the current circumstances. Your health and wellbeing will always be a key consideration. What we need from you: Your User Expert Designer experience must include HTML and CSS, modern JS web frameworks, testing frameworks and source control. We'd be delighted if you have experience of working across modern, front-end build pipelines and tools, design systems and tooling, SVG animations and scripting languages (PHP, Python). You will be a member of a small technology team and will have a defining role in the decision-making process regarding how we develop our technology platform. You should have a love for crafting beautiful, well-tested code, a strong sense of sound engineering and architecture and the desire to succeed fast. You will also be familiar withoutlines such as GOV.UK and one other international government.
