Overview
Are you looking to get involved in AI and change the tech landscape as we know it? Do you want to take responsibility for a dedicated team with true appreciation for best practices within some of the latest technical spaces? Read on, this is the role for you You'll be working as the CTO for a multi-discipline team of circa 40, leading the charge into the development of brand new AI platforms targeting multiple markets and setting the future goals of the entirety of the technical function. The remit of the CTO position is to own the technology function and the associated activities, such as setting future roadmaps, and delegating activities a cross your teams through the Head of Development and Software Engineering managers under your charge, whilst dealing with Senior stakeholders at boardroom level. As part of a wider business of 250, you'll be responsible for the core products, as the organisation makes an exciting foray into new markets and beyond. You'll be at the heart of strategies for both the UK-based development function and helping define the route to success for global domination. You won't still be hands on, but you will still have your finger on the pulse of technology. I would imagine you've come from a Engineering background previously and have previously held ultimate responsibility for defining practices ideally within an AI or Data Science business.
