Interim Talent Operations Liaison - 12 Months FTC Currently recruiting for this role within a Global pharmaceutical organization based in Slough. Description The Talent Operations Liaison will be responsible for the implementation of business decisions, changes, updates & policies relating to the Employee Lifecycle (e.g. hire, promotion, retire) ensuring the Talent Partners can focus on supporting our leaders & their teams. The role will mainly focus on driving the processes related to the organization structure & employee lifecycle. As well as providing Employee Relations support. The advisor will ensure that all aspects of the changes are implemented correctly and on time resulting in excellent data quality. Skills Excellent communication skills: ability to adapt communication style to the audience (cultural awareness) Excellent English verbal and written communication; other languages are a plus depending on the countries covered Excellent knowledge of local regulations and processes Quality focused with eye for detail Sees big picture and connects the dots IT savvy: easy understanding and use of IT tools & systems Continuous improvement mindset Good understanding and knowledge of Human Resources processes (including local employment law) Well organized, Reliable with good follow-up on topics Managing risk actively Flexibility to help where needed Process improvement & project management experience a plus Experience working in a global matrixed style environment a plus If you are interested please click the "apply now" button below or please send your CV to for a further discussion, please contact Sean Kennedy on option 2
