Overview
Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a multinational Financial Services business to find a Trainee Accountant for their newly created division, based in Fareham. In this varied job you will play a key role in the bookkeeping of client funds, as well as preparing and reconciling investor reports. Working closely with business wide stakeholders, you will also have the opportunity to assist with routine audit queries, conduct periodic bank reconciliations and assist with proofing other statutory financial statements. The successful candidate will be degree educated with a keen eye for detail, and knowledge of the Financial Services sector would be desirable. You will also have the ambition to progress your career in a business renowned for staff retention due to regular internal promotion opportunities.
