Careers for 2020 Graduates Graduate recruitment positions, based in Fareham, Portsmouth Are you graduating in 2020 ? Are you looking for a role with full training provided ? Joining Blueprint's team of graduate recruitment consultants could be an excellent opportunity for you. We are looking to build on a very successful 2019 by hiring several fresh graduates to work as Traineed Recruitment Consultants and Recruiters at our offices in Fareham close to Portsmouth. These positions will suit upcoming 2020 graduates who have a great telephone manner and want a career job where no previous experience is required. You will be working in a team of Graduates on a picturesque business park on the edge of Fareham and full training will be provided. You will be paid a good basic salary and will also be able to earn performance-related commission and bonuses on top, so that your earnings can increase substantially year on year.
