Graduate Recruitment Consultant A career position for a new graduate - based in Fareham near Portsmouth About Us Blueprint Recruitment is a professional recruitment consultancy which has become one of the UK's top 250 recruitment agencies. The role We are looking to recruit a motivated and ambitious Graduate for a trainee Recruitment Consultant position. Full training will be provided. The work focusses on using the telephone to build relationships with clients and candidates. You will be dealing with clients' vacancies, matching candidates to our current vacancies and arranging interviews and starts for professional business people. About you Ideally you will be a university graduate already or you will be graduating this year. You do not need a specific degree and no previous experience is required but you must have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills. You will also need a confident personality and a competitive mindset. You will be ambitious and looking for a job that gives you the opportunity to quickly progress your career.
