Overview
A ranked team of a Global Law Firm are looking to secure a Real Estate Litigation Lawyer for a contract of 12 months in London. The successful individual will join a reputable and ranked team and will work alongside respected partners within the market. The team advise across a full range of property and landlord tenant disputes to include asset management; contentious lease and rent renewals; development matters; dilapidation claims; service charge disputes; forfeiture of tenancies; possession claims and boundary disputes. Their clients range from high net worth individuals, FTSE 250 companies and large-scale institutions and tend to fall within the retail, hospitality and leisure, healthcare and insurance sectors. The team are also highly regarded for their ability to resolve disputes in major high court proceedings, arbitrations and expert determinations. The successful individual will run their own caseload with autonomy but will have the support of ranked Partners when required. Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following: Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales or another commonwealth jurisdiction Training and post qualified experience gained from a City or International Law Firm Upwards of 3 years' post qualified experience in handling real estate litigation matters The ability to work autonomously with a critical eye for detail Strong communication skills, both oral and written Please apply with your CV to Jennifer.pikejamesonlegal.com in confidence.
