Overview
Female to work with a lovely lady in her own home. She is a wheelchair user and is hoisted as she is unable to stand. Communicates well and has a sense of humour. Home has all new equipment and her home is a new flat. Job is varied and you will be expected to complete shopping, order and administer medication, prepare and cook meals, take client out to shows, cinema,shops etc. support with regular exercise programme, accompany client on holidays if you wish to come, provide personal care, look after small pets. You will be employed with agreed contracted hours and paid on a monthly basis. All expenses paid. Holiday entitlement Government pension. Training provided. Full time employment contract 35/40 hours available. Part time available hours negotiable. Self employed considered for part time worker. You need to be a good time keeper and flexible with hours. Experienced care worker with Dementia required. Competent driver required as you will use clients wheelchair adaptable car. Manual Handling required as client has a ceiling hoist. Training provided. Client is also flexible with hours and where possible will work around Carers family commitments Shifts will be on a rota basis between the hours of 8 am and 7 pm. Monday to Sunday.
