Overview
Support Worker Creative Support is a high quality provider of support to individuals with a wide range of care needs. We are looking for warm, flexible and motivated individuals to provide person centred care and support which enables older people to enjoy an active and independent lifestyle. We have limited vacancies available at three of our Extra Care Services in Bedfordshire which are Lavender Court ( Ampthill ), St. George’s Court( Leighton Buzzard ) and Redhouse Court ( Houghton Regis ) As part of a dedicated and friendly care team you will: Provide individualised care in a positive and respectful way, including personal care and support with medication for which full training will be given Promote dignity, choice and independence for those in receipt of support, encouraging them to lead an active and fulfilling lifestyle Collaborate with clients, families and other professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service All care is provided from one location and each location has free onsite parking. All services have excellent transport links for those using public transport. You will be given a free uniform and free training. We can offer weekly or monthly pay to suit individual circumstances. Experience is not essential for this role; however, you must have a warm, caring and respectful personality to succeed in this role.
