My Homecare currently seeking new community Care Assistants/ Care workers to join our team We currently looking for carers to cover areas such as Ripley, Codnor, Loscoe, Heanor , Marpool, and Langley Mill Barrow on Trent, Borrowash , Chaddesden, Melbourne, Ockbrook and Swadlincote Job Type: Full-time/Part time The successful applicant will be a car driver with the use of their own car,w alkers will be considered, previous care experience, although it is not a requirement as training will be provided, All applicants with previous care experience are welcome and encouraged to apply. All we ask above everything is honesty and reliability. What the role of Care Assistant/ Support worker Involves: Personal care, medication assistance, food & drink preparation, domestic assistance, promotion of independence and dignity. Visiting clients in their own homes to promote independence. Shopping visits Care Assistant/ Support worker Benefits: Competitive Salary of £9.00 to £10.00 per hour Time and a half and double time on Bank Holidays Fortnightly Paid Paid Holidays Flexible working hours Flexible shift patterns available: 07:00– 14:00 16:00- 21:00 Alternative weekends are required In branch employee of the month schemes Career development opportunities within the company, as we grow you can grow with us Plus, on-going support and guidance. Care Assistant/ Support worker Requirements: Show good Communication skills Be friendly and supportive towards vulnerable adults No previous experience is required as full training is provided Be reliable and flexible.
