EA - Medical Research This medical research and technology company are at the cutting edge of new therapies and treatments. Not only that, they have an amazing office environment and company culture and are now looking for an EA to support their Executive Team Due to the current COVID-19 ppandemic this role's start date is now ON HOLD. You are very welcome to apply in the interim and, if your experience looks like a good fit for the role, we'll be in touch once we have an update on the start date Seamless and efficient diary management arrange complex international travel (conference attendance, accommodation and Visas) welcome visitors and monitoring incoming calls (including conference calls) High quality document production (briefing papers, presentations and reports deal with incoming e-mail and post, corresponding on behalf of senior management Expense management for Executives, maintaining records to assist with budget and planning; Budget documentation organising ad-hoc meetings/interviews Event planning and organisation Ad hoc project support Covering for other administrative team member in absence (illness / This role is well suited to EAs with experience in complex, international travel, with high attention to detail and confidentiality. Working in a similar, research focussed organisation could be helpful but strong experience as an EA takes precedence. Please not that we are looking for candidates who are happy to start on a temp to perm or contract to perm basis. 1 weeks notice maximum (once we have a revised start date for this role) Matchstick is a leading London recruitment consultancy.
