Overview

To lead Kantar Technology Service Management within the specified region, assuring 3rd party performance. Accountable for end-to-end service management and deliver changes to services with minimal disruption to the business. Nobody knows consumers better than Kantar. KEY OUTCOMES Maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholder groups across the Region. Provide leadership, communication and regular interaction to continually take the pulse of IT services, service delivery and changing business needs. Collect and detect changes in IT service business demand and input to global service design Ensure appropriate communications effect change on user base across region Qualify NSSRs and cost ownership Business advocate to drive stabilization and continuous improvement Ensure the landing of service transformation across the region Verify service operations against stated SLAs and OLAs, ensuring the outsource provider takes corrective actions when performance falls below the contracted service levels. All aspects of regional crisis management: escalation, disaster recovery and business continuity planning. CAPABILITIES Strong communication and influencing skills to create relationships at executive level. In-depth experience and knowledge of managing 3rd party outsource providers. Strong customer facing skills and ability to gain respect of senior stakeholders. Excellent leadership and people skills.
