Overview

This role is a permanent role managing the L&D function of a reputable professional services business in Mid-Kent. This is a generalist L&D role, with scope to develop the strategy for the function and deliver it across the business. There is availability for this to be considered a part time option. Client Details My client are based in Mid-Kent. Description Develop L&D initiatives to drive results and business development Line management of an L&D Coordinator Proactively drive the employee engagement piece using the L&D as a tool (9 box grid, succession planning etc.) Be a specialist in products and drive the compliance and training for this within the business Maintain all qualification records Deliver the induction and PDP process Take ownership of the apprenticeship programme Profile You will be experienced in delivering and driving L&D functions You will be CIPD level 5 qualified or higher You will be able to train and facilitate You will be commercial in your L&D approach and this will be clearly visible on the CV You will be available to travel as per the needs of the business Job Offer Competitive salary depending on experience and benefits
