Role: HR Generalist Industry: Technology Location: City of London Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 - experience dependent My client are a US leading software business who are looking for a HR Generalist to be their number 1 in London. Having recently gone through a large acquisition, your role is key to building a brand new culture between a newly established London office, so experience in M&A and a changing business is vital for this business. You will focus on the foundations already in place and build them up from there, highlighting what new policies, processes or initiatives should be implemented, and rolling up your sleeves to make sure that happens. Employee relations will also be a big focus to ensure that every employee is happy through the recent transition, therefore strong UK local law and knowledge is key. They are a business who are continuing to grow, so you will also have the ability to think strategically in relation to long-term plans and what HR should be focussing on to ensure culture and the people are at the forefront of the business's mind. Experience in a standalone position is a must for this role as well as strong communication as you will be the key point of contact between the London and US office. You will also be running the London payroll with an external provider so experience in this is needed. The London office are predominantly made up of sales and technology client groups so working with similar employees is advantageous.
