Overview
Leading a total team of 140 people, the CEO will report to the Chairman and will be responsible for: The full P&L, balance sheet and cash management of the business. Management of the Executive members of the Board and the senior team (Sales Director, Finance/Operations Director, Head of Marketing, HR Manager, Quality Manager and PA). Delivery of the agreed objectives set out in the annual budget and three-year plan approved by the Board. Work with the Board and Leadership Team to develop a strategic corporate plan and long-term financial strategy. We are seeking an energetic and focussed individual with a well- developed strategic sense and an eye for detail to take a successful company forward and to preserve and develop shareholder value. Suitable candidates will need to be able to demonstrate strong commercial flair, be excellent at building and developing customer relationships, and have the leadership skills, strategic and operational capability to ensure the business is able to truly develop its full potential.
