Overview
A leading real estate firm are looking for a Head of HR to join their team. Responsibilities will include: Setting the overall organisational design Designing interventions to drive desired culture and identify capability requirements Provide insight and leadership on change management strategies Developing and delivering talent acquisition and management strategies Building individual and organisational capability and knowledge to meet requirements Creating and maintaining a high achieving culture by delivering programmes that reward Use best practice to identify employee engagement metrics and develop a strategic approach to engagement Act as a trusted advisor at a senior level to resolve conflict Identify current and potential HR service issues As Head of HR, you will possess: Relevant experience acting as senior Manager/Head of HR Relevant industry experience, ideally within Real Estate or SME type environment If this Head of HR role is of interest, please apply directly.
