No specific HR experience is required for this role, but a solid grounding and administration background is essential. Administration Assistant HR Administrator: The focus of the role will be to provide administration support to the HR Team across all aspects of HR. The role will be responsible for supporting the HR function with administration workload such as; generating new starter paperwork for employees and casual workers, updating the HR database and generating variation to terms documentation, supporting recruitment campaigns, dealing with general enquiries via the HR inbox and phone, and processing leaver details. The role will support the HR team to deliver a high quality of service to the Club. Administration Assistant HR Administrator (general duties): Supporting recruiting managers on recruitment campaigns for employees and casual workers. Arranging interviews and where required sitting on interview panels Uploading data of new joiners, both employees and casual workers, to the HR system Producing new starter documentation and liaising with new recruits in advance of their start date Creating and maintaining personnel files, both electronic and hard copy, ensuring correct information is stored on the HR shared drive Processing changes to employees personal or job and pay details on the HR system in a timely and accurate manner Producing changes to terms documentation as required Producing high volume communications, such as, casual worker agreements, holiday pay letters, auto enrolment compliance, and pay and bonus review letters Producing monthly reports for Payroll detailing all changes Assisting on projects to improve the administration processes Managing the HR Inbox ensuring that queries are dealt with appropriately and within a timely manner Ensuring contract agreements, templates and HR policies are kept up to date and maintained on the HR system and intranet where applicable Supporting the HR Business Partner where applicable by attending investigatory meetings to take minutes Liaising with the Safeguarding Team to ensure appropriate vetting and checking of workforce is carried out General administration , including manual reporting from HR system and ATS, proof reading of documents, issuing intranet alerts and wider communications to the Club when required, and any ad hoc activities as directed by the People Director or HR Business Partners
