Overview

Operations Manager | Electronics Manufacturing Reqiva are seeking an Operations Manager to work for a Global Electronics Manufacturing Business in the Colchester area. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role holds responsibility for a number of key areas of the business including Manufacturing, test, purchasing and scheduling. The successful candidate will need to be able to oversee these areas and ensure key deliverables are met. We are keen to speak with candidates who are have experience within an electronics manufacturing company and have previous experience of managing operations within the said departments. Essential Skills required for the role of Operations Manager are. Experience within an Electronics Manufacturing Environment (Ideally board level company) Excellent commercial skills and previous experience of contract negotiation. Process development experience across Quality, ERP Systems, Costing and Stock control. Knowledge of IPC manufacturing quality levels and compliance would be highly advantageous This is a Permanent position paying up to £65,000 depending on experience.
