Operations Manager in an Electronics Manufacturing environment – Essex – To £65K Benefits. Must have: Board assembly skills & experience assembling electronic components on PCB's. Continued growth has opened up a new opportunity for an Operations Manager from an electronic engineering background and with strong Commercial and Operation experience within electronic manufacturing. Skills & Experience for the Operations Manager will include: • Degree / HND in an Engineering / Manufacturing discipline. • Industrial Commercial experience of Contracts, Suppliers and Customers. • Proven Industrial experience within electronic manufacturing. • Hands-on experience of board assembly and assembling electronic components on PCB’s. • Planning and project management skills. • Knowledge of International Export Compliance Regulations. • Familiarity with problem solving tools and techniques. • An appreciation of Quality systems and regulatory compliance standards. The focus of this Operations Manager role is to ensure output targets are achieved to high quality standards with an emphasis on control of all commercial aspects of Sales Order fulfilment. You will take overall Commercial responsibility of the Companies’ Operational requirements, driving and maintaining process improvement through a metric driven culture as well as undertaking export compliance with the view to become the company expert.
