Care Co-Ordinator Salary: £18 000 - £21 000 p/year Location: Leeds - you will need access to car, driving license and flexibility Hours: Full time Our clients are seeking a 'hands on’ individual responsible for maintaining continuity of care to clients for fast paced Domiciliary Care Provider. Our client is recruiting for a Care Coordinator for our clients. Key Requirements: Applicants will only be considered if you can demonstrate the following: The ability to build and develop key relationships with a range of stakeholders Effective verbal and written communication skills The ability to influence and lead when required An understanding of commercial awareness The capacity to work under pressure Health and Social Care level 3 Roles and responsibilities will include: Working with the management team to promote the growth of the business and be flexible to explore new areas. Individual Needs Assessments for new and potential customers. To ensure all Clients visits are always covered. To participate in the Out of Hours rota. To provide quality assurance information to the Care Manager.
