Overview
This is a great opportunity to join an established and friendly Insurance & Financial Services organisation. Our client, with an excellent reputation, providing some of the best Customer Services in the UK. Our client is also multi Award-Winning'- 'Which Magazine Winners' - 2014 to 2019' - & are Defaqto 5 rated for this service nationally, every year. The successful applicant will speak to the local community by offering all types of Financial Services including Home & Car Insurance Policies. This is an inbound Customer Service and sales role, and some outbound - ( no cold calling ) cross-selling and up-selling various products, you also will have support from our clients' database and working in a team, helping with Renewals of Car Insurance, Home Insurance, Administration. Our client is established in the local area for many years. You will also be involved in day to day administrative duties and speak with Customers to offer our client's wide range of Financial Products. You will have a positive and friendly telephone manner in order to carry out any sales tasks and be very customer focused with an excellent telephone manner. This is a Monday to Friday position hours 9 - 5 pm. (This is not a call center environment). In return, you will receive bonuses for your efforts & our client will support professional development - such as the CII Qualification, which is widely recognised throughout the UK. You will also be trained and fully supported from the first day you arrive In addition, if you wish to pursue an external sales role such as becoming an Account Executive, our client will also encourage you (if this a path you are seeking to take your career into).
