Being able to respond to guest and customers in a professional but personal manner is more important than written customer relations experience. PA / Customer Relations Manager Duties: • Research client queries, and writing reply to client correspondence • Responding to issues raised in client questionnaires • Liaising with suppliers to ensure that refunds are made when errors occur • Minutes of Monday morning company meeting • Some secretarial work for Directors • Supporting and co-ordinating with Director of Sales & Marketing • Helping reservations team with occasional correspondence • Helping to co-ordinate client and travel agent events, including attending some evening events • Helping with the smooth running of the office • Proof reading various office documents from time to time including marketing copy • Preparing client welcome home letters PA /Customer Relations Skills: • Good communicator with excellent telephone manner • Ability to write perfect client letters • Knowledge of Excel and Word • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to work on own initiative • Ability to work in an open plan and busy environment • Willing to work as part of the team in a small company • Always prepared to help out when required Great opportunity for a travel industry person to do something different
