Title: Regional Director Location: London & Home Counties Salary: to £65k basic plus bonus & benefits Company: Well established Cleaning & Support Services company Are you an aspiring Senior Operations Manager or Regional Operations Manager or ambitious Regional Director or Operations Director in the contract cleaning, support services or facilities management industry ? Do you have entrepreneurial flair with an eye for New Business opportunities ? Are you an excellent stakeholder & team manager ? A major player in the contract cleaning sector the Company has ambitious plans and their continued success has been built on delivering a 5 star quality service where Health & Safety is uncompromising. The Regional Director is a newly created role responsible for the London region and its teams. The Regional Director will be an outstanding leader and commercially astute and will resonate with the following: Commercial and operational leadership through strategic management, growth of a portfolio and the development of your people Demonstrable experience in delivering large scale efficiencies through innovation and best working practices Entrepreneurial flair- New Business minded with an eye and passion for delivering opportunities and creativity to deliver new business An ambassador and evangelist for Health, Well-being and Safety matters P&L responsibility for ALL Operational Contracts This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful and progressive support services and cleaning company as a Regional Director.
