HR Manager - Harrow - Up to £50,000. About the Company My client is a specialist healthcare operating company providing a full range of services, including staff, patient and visitor catering, domestics, security and reception, at over 100 NHS Trusts. Due to expansion they need an ambitious HR Manager to join their successful team in Harrow. HR Manager - The Rewards Salary up to 50,000 Pension & Share Scheme Discount schemes HR Manager - Requirements Knowledge of best practice in specific HR areas including recruitment, absence management, capability, disciplinary and grievance Strong employment law knowledge. Experience of advising and managing a complex ER caseload Experience in managing an HR function Experience of engagement with Senior Leaders -ability to influence with confidence and credibility. Evidence of working in an unionised environment is highly desirable Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
