Overview
Payroll Clerk, Birmingham £24000 - £25000 Clemence Rogers are currently working in partnership with our client in the recruitment of an experienced Payroll Clerk to join an established automotive business based in Birmingham. Key responsibilities; • Payroll for 300 employees • Creating new starters and leavers in Sage • Creating new starters and leavers in pension provider portals • HMRC submissions • Pension submissions • Raising payments for pensions, National insurance and attachments of earnings • Liaising with departmental managers • Run commission reports • Make holiday calculations and updating holiday file • Sick pay, maternity pay and paternity pay • Answer payroll queries • Reporting sickness and returns to work • Maintain overtime excel files • Completion of the P11ds and P60s including payroll year end Experience; • Sage 50 payroll • Excel • Payroll : 5 years (Required) Hours; • Monday -Friday 9am – 5.30pm (1-hour lunch) At Clemence Rogers your right to privacy is important to us.
