A fantastic hotel in Lincoln is recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the dedicated chefs in the kitchen Role: A great opportunity is available at a well established hotel for a Chef de Partie to work within a committed team of chefs in the kitchen. The hotel has an award winning restaurant that offers contemporary British dining with the Head Chef pushing the standards to achieve further awards and accolades. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be focusing on larder and sauce but will also be expected to cover pastry at times so it is essential that you can easily adapt to the different sections. Requirements: This role needs a Chef de Partie or very strong Demi Chef de Partie who has already gained experience working in fine dining, award winning kitchens. A passionate chef who works well within a team who will work hard in order to further build the reputation of the hotel is required.
