A Junior Sous Chef role is available at a fresh food hotel in Lincoln Role: The new Head Chef of a hotel in Lincoln is seeking to build their own team and requires a Junior Sous Chef to strengthen the kitchen.The hotel offers dining in the ‘a la carte’, 50 cover restaurant and the bar area but also hosts regular functions.The role needs a Junior Sous Chef who can run sauce to the high standards expected but can also work on all other sections including pastry. Requirements: This is a great opportunity for a strong Chef de Partie looking for their next step in the career into a Junior Sous Chef role.Previous experience of all sections is important but strength on sauce is essential for this role.All chefs applying should have worked in a similar multi-outlet, fresh food hotel kitchen.
