A pub with fresh food restaurant located in Lincolnshire has a Sous Chef position available Role: A pub with a 60 cover restaurant is seeking a Sous Chef to join the team of three chefs working in the kitchen preparing all fresh ingredients to create meals for the restaurant and the bar.The pub has regularly changing menus including daily specials in order to offer seasonal dishes that use plenty of Lincolnshire produce.In this role of Sous Chef you will be expected to be capable of working on all sections whilst also covering for the Head Chef when necessary stepping up to ensure that the customers receive the same high standards they expect. Requirements: All chefs applying for this role should have strong all round skills in the kitchen with the ability to work across the sections.A strong Junior Sous Chef or experienced Sous Chef who has been working in a similar, fresh food operation and is used to working within a small kitchen team would be ideal.The capacity to step up and run the kitchen when required is essential.
