Head Chef, Premium Branded Restaurant, London, £45,000 plus bonus Job Brief for Head Chef – I am looking to recruit a proven Head Chef to join this highly successful restaurant in Central London and continue the company’s success to date. The company operates a number of premium restaurants in Central London and are proud to be an award-winning fresh food company with consistently high standards of both food and service. The Ideal Head Chef – The Head Chef they are looking for will be responsible for ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly during busy service ensuring the high brand standards are adhered to at all times and to help manage the team of 8 Chefs and be able to take on the Head Chef duties in the absence of the Head Chef.
