A great opportunity has arisen for a head chef to work in one of their new investment banks for 250 people based near Liverpool street-London . Job Brief for Head Chef – managing a sous chef and chef de partie x2 permanent chefs you will also be responsible for creating menus for bespoke internal meeting rooms and private dining for the investment bankers based on site. The hospitality can vary from plated 3-5 course sit down dinners up to 100, working buffets, canapes, breakfasts etc. When busy you will have the support of chefs from the support team. The Ideal Head Chef- Will show enthusiasm, have a proven background within quality events operation or a similar environment. You will need to be financially astute – costings, computer alliterate and up to date with current food trends.
