Overview
A Senior Chef de Partie is required to join the kitchen at a coaching inn located in the Cockermouth region Role: A Senior Chef de Partie position is available at a multi-outlet venue which has won awards for the high standards of cooking offered at the venue.In this role of Senior Chef de Partie you will be encouraged to take on extra responsibilities in the kitchen in order to support the senior chefs in the kitchen as well as bringing new ideas to the menus and the kitchen as a whole.In this role you will be preparing dishes for the restaurant and bar as well as for private events that take place at the venue whilst working under a Head Chef who believes in taking time to train their team in order to assist them in evolving. Requirements: An experienced Chef de Partie seeking the next step in their career whilst continuing to learn new skills would be ideal for this role.An enthusiastic chef who has a solid background based in good quality, fresh food kitchens would be well suited to this kitchen.Good all round cooking skills are essential for this role.
