Overview
A cafe bar and restaurant located in Sheffield is recruiting for a Chef de Partie position Role: The role of Chef de Partie is available at a contemporary restaurant and bar which offers café style dining for breakfast and lunch followed by ‘a la carte’ driven menu for dinner. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be joining a team of four chefs working in the kitchen, so it is important as Chef de Partie that you can work well within a small team with the skills needed to move between the sections. The property has a new Head Chef who has designed an exciting new menu to attract even more diners making this a great time to join the venue. Requirements: The role would suit a chef who has been working in good quality, fresh food kitchens at Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie level. A chef with good all round cooking skills who can adapt to different menus whilst working across the sections in the kitchen.
