Sous Chef, New-Opening High Profile Restaurant, Central London, £38,000 Job Brief for Sous Chef – I am searching for a Sous Chef who is experienced at running high volume - quality operations for a highly visual new opening operation in West London. Part of a larger group this centrally located restaurant will frequently cater for 500 covers a day and will have a kitchen team of 25 chefs. The unique style of the restaurant is modern & contemporary with a modern British / European menu in place. The Ideal Sous Chef – This is a hands on Sous Chef role and as such you would be expected to be present in the kitchen ensuring the high standards are adhered to at all times. They are looking for a proven Sous Chef with excellent training, development skills and organisation skills with the ability to work under pressure and overcome all challenges expected from a new opening restaurant.
