A luxury hotel in North Yorkshire is recruiting for a Breakfast Chef role which is available in the kitchen Role: A Breakfast Chef position is available at a four star hotel where you will be required to take charge of the high volume breakfast service.The property has a reputation as being a high quality dining venue using fantastic ingredients and produce so needs a Breakfast Chef who can reach the standards expected by the guests.In this role you will be preparing hot breakfast and the cold buffet as well as taking charge of the ordering for the breakfast service and assisting the rest of the kitchen team with the prep of lunches and buffets. Requirements: All applicants to this role should be experienced Breakfast Chefs or chefs with plenty of previous experience working breakfast shifts.The role needs an organised chef who is used to cooking for large number of covers so can upkeep the high standards expected whilst under pressure.
