Overview
A Chef de Partie position is available at a large hotel located in Harrogate Role: A corporate focused, large hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team of seven chefs working in the kitchen.In this role of Chef de Partie you will be creating dishes for the popular conference and banqueting hosting events up to 400 covers as well as the 100 cover restaurant at the hotel.This position can offer you the chance to develop your all round cooking skills in a kitchen that has autonomy to create their own menus in a busy environment. Requirements: A Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie who has been working in a fresh food kitchen is needed to join this property.Ideally all chefs applying will be qualified to NVQ level although this is not essential if you can prove your cooking skills to the Head Chef.The ability to control a busy section in the kitchen is important for this role.
